They live in hollow old willow trees, cathedral towers and caves.
the tiniest nightcreatures named Night Angels.
They don’t screeched loudly and made bold swift dives through the night, instead they love the soft silence and the whispers of the wind.
They hide during the day behind a leaf or hung quietly under a branch, their tiny wings folded tightly around, but when the sky grew strangely dark and the moon shines her light through thick veil, they spread their wings and flew into the darkness little tiny little angels.
To remind you how beautiful the dark can be. Don’t be afraid of them, they never touch you, maybe a soft gust of wind when they fly silently past your cheek with their wings.

They live in the whimsical borderlands, where Land and Water meet. The tiniest creatures you almost never encounter.
You find them in marshy waters, hidden in muddy ditches and
among pollard willows. In the dark forests, in the stones,
under mushrooms and under the roots of old trees.
They are no bigger than a beetle, sometimes as small as
a mosquito. Invisible to most humans.
These are the creatures I encounter on my wanderings
and capture in watercolor…
