“Somewhere among the endless pine forests, with their branches heavy with freshly fallen snow, she found a borderland where the spirits of nature still roamed freely. Giants, she thought at first, but as the weak winter sun slowly disappeared behind the mountains, she saw their faces and antlers emerging from the mist. Friendly big forest trolls, slowly moving like enormous rocks, just as curious about this little human being on her moose…as she was about these huge beings”
