How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

All spirits and beings are printed and cut out by hand by my local art printer and carefully packed in my studio by myself. I put a lot of love and attention into every order, keep in mind that I am NOT Amazon, but run this web shop on my own. I’m an independent artist and small business owner, so I also have to spend a lot of my time actually creating new Spirits and Beings, which is why I don’t run to the post office every day. Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed, not including delivery time.
I do my best to package and ship your print as soon as possible and will do a post office run every week. If you’re in a rush and need a print by a specific date, drop me an email and I’ll do everything I can. Please be patient.

Do you ship worldwide?

I ship worldwide. However, there are currently countries where shipping can be problematic, please contact me via email if you want to be sure.
International orders will normally take 1-3 weeks. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the EU.

Please be aware that all customers are responsible for paying any customs / import, taxes and fees associated with your order. Import VAT can be charged by your country on orders and must be paid to your local postal service in order to receive your package. This is out of my control, I am not responsible for delays due to custom.

Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the web shop.

Orders can not be canceled so take your time before committing to a purchase. I can’t be held responsible for damage and mistakes made postal services.

Your final postage cost will be calculated at checkout.

I ship everything with Post NL as a standard package with a track & trace code. These are the fixed shipping costs.

Netherlands : € 6,75

EUR1: Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Germany, France, (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands), Sweden. € 13.00

EUR2: all other countries in Europe. € 18.50

ROW: (Rest of the World): all other countries. € 25.55
