In her newest works, artist Meg Lemmens invites viewers to wander through the delicate borderlands between dream and reality. She is known for her rare ability to find beauty in darkness. Using deep, mossy tones, she creates worlds where the mystical and the human quietly converge.

Her enchanting landscapes and intimate portraits carry the melancholy of forgotten stories. Each piece feels like a fragment of a shadowed fairy tale that was never fully told.

Meg Lemmens was born under the September moon in the Dutch Low Lands, already clutching a pencil in her small left hand, a determined crease between her brows. From the very beginning, pens, pencils, and brushes were her magical instruments — tools through which she captured everything she saw and felt, translating it onto paper, wood, or any surface she encountered.
